Dear Kevin,

When it comes to projects around the house, there is almost no job that I would not consider doing myself. From gardening to plumbing to carpentry to electrical, I have tackled it all. However, I do have the common sense to know when someone with more experience than myself needs to handle the job. Unfortunately, the times I have done this have turned out to be customer service nightmares making me reluctant to allow any contractor to touch my house again. So when the decision was made that it was time to replace the windows in my house, the sleepless nights and cold sweats began. Gilkey and Champion windows wouldn’t even come out to my house stating my wife had to be there! Some other company scheduled an appointment refusing to hear that I purchased my own windows. You can figure what happened when they arrived. Then there’s the guy who gave me the 5k quote. He spent 10 minutes telling me what a bead decision I made buying the windows I did from the home center I did and what a nightmare my house is gonna be to work on and so on. Then I called Krueger Construction.

To make a long story short, your professionalism, skill, attention to detail and caring demeanor made me believe that there is still someone who values the term “customer service”, and has true pride in what he does. I will recommend you as often as asked and will call if my house should need your skills in other areas. Me and my house thank you.
